Meet Seth Moran
Life in Hawaiʻi is a blessing, but it is also heavy. Between deep ʻohana ties, the high cost of living, and the pressure to keep everything together, it’s easy to feel like you’re underwater. If you’re stuck in the same arguments, feeling miles apart from your spouse, or carrying a level of stress that never seems to shut off, I want you to know that you aren’t alone.
I’m a therapist because I believe in resilience—not because I read about it in a book of ideas, but because I’ve had to find it myself. I’ve walked through the hard seasons of family addiction, relational distress, and loss. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of it all. My goal is to be a steady hand for you as we walk through your own difficult season toward hope and clarity.

Helping couples navigate relationship pain is the primary focus of my work. Whether you are caught in a high-conflict cycle, dealing with trust injuries, or simply feeling like you’ve become "roommates" rather than partners, I am here to help. Using research-based tools, we will get beneath the surface of the conflict to repair the emotional bond and find your way back to each other.
When a marriage is hitting a breaking point, the kids are often caught in the middle—vulnerable and trying to make sense of a world that feels like it’s falling apart. I work with families who are "destabilized," helping parents navigate the wreckage while providing a safe, grounded space for the children.
I have a specific heart for moms and dads needing extra support as they rebuild. For moms, I often act as a "translator," helping you understand the often-mysterious language and emotional world of the men and boys in your life. For single dads trying to find their footing again, I provide a space to process the rebuild and learn how to lead your family with renewed purpose and connection.
I have a specific heart for men navigating the pressure to provide, lead, and protect. Many of us were taught to stay strong and absorb stress without complaint. But carrying that load alone often leads to a quiet fear of inadequacy that eventually shows up as anger, withdrawal, or "shutting down" at home. I work well with men and boys—from ages 8 to 120—who are used to carrying the world on their shoulders and are finally ready to address what they’ve kept private.
Background & Qualifications
My approach to therapy was built in high-pressure environments. Before this, I served on inner-city mobile crisis response teams, standing with people during their darkest mental health emergencies. I also spent years supporting families in finding their path home, helping people transition from the crisis of homelessness back into stability and dignity.
As the husband of a Navy medical veteran and a father to a growing family, I have a deep, personal respect for the sacrifices of military life and the beautiful, exhausting work of raising kids. I’m passionate about helping service members, veterans, first responders, and parents find peace in the transitions that other people might not fully understand.

My trust in Christ drives my care for people. For the past 20 years, I have served in various forms of ministry, walking alongside families through every season of life. I recognize that for many, your relationship with God is the bedrock relationship that everything else is built on.
I believe that loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength requires us to invest in our own health so we can fully walk in His blessings. Often, we settle for less than God's best because we are operating out of impulsivity, inordinate hunger, or fear. Therapy is a space to move away from those "survival" reactions and toward a life of prudence, faith, and faithfulness. I am honored to help you build the healthy habits—mentally and relationally—that allow you to live out your calling with peace.
